  • Recruitment & Professional Data: CVs, employment history, technical qualifications, industry certifications (e.g., CSCS, welding codes), and right-to-work documentation.

  • Technical Data: IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, and location data collected via Wix Studio cookies.

  • Communication Data: Any information you provide when you send us a message via our contact forms or email.

3. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use it in the following circumstances:

  • Contractual Necessity: To provide a quote, mobilize a team, or fulfill a service agreement for industrial/marine works.

  • Legitimate Interests: To manage our candidate database for future recruitment and to respond to business inquiries.

4. DATA STORAGE & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS Our website is hosted on the Wix Studio platform. Your data may be stored through Wix’s secure data storage and databases. Because Wix operates globally, your information may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the UK (such as the USA or EU). We ensure all such transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses approved by the UK government.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

  • Inquiry Data: Kept for 3 years for business record-keeping.

  • Candidate Data: Kept for 2 years from your last interaction with us to facilitate future project placements.

6. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS Under certain circumstances, you have the right to:
