    • Mechanical Assembly & Welding: Comprehensive execution of tasks including bolting and precision alignment, installation of ash hoppers, fine-tuning of grate runs, specialized Hardox® welding, pump/piping setup, and leak testing of expansion joints and water jackets.

  • We manage and execute every phase of air and flue gas ductwork installation. Our comprehensive scope of services includes:

    • Logistics & Material Management: Unloading deliveries and securely storing/staging small components and fittings designated for subsequent construction phases.

    • Pre-assembly & Welding: On-site fabrication and pre-assembly of ductwork, utilizing highly proficient welders certified in MMA, MIG, MAG, and TIG welding processes.

    • Support Structures: Fabrication, preparation, and precise installation of specialized duct supports.

    • Mechanical Erection: Positioning and alignment of ducts in strict accordance with engineering drawings and technical documentation, followed by comprehensive on-site welding of duct joints.

    • Logistics & Pre-Erection Staging: Rigorous material segregation and comprehensive inventory tracking. Pre-staging components within the boiler house structure prior to the heavy "lift-in" phase to ensure a seamless workflow.

    • Structural & Heavy Component Erection: Executing heavy lifting operations for major components, including boiler walls, the steam drum, and main downcomers. Integration and joining of boiler walls post-heavy erection, alongside the installation of buckstays to secure the boiler structure.

    • Pre-assembly & Specialized Welding: Pre-fabrication of water walls, performing critical butt welds, and conducting rigorous dimensional control of pre-assembled modules. Advanced welding operations include Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) and Inconel weld overlay (cladding) inside the boiler, strictly maintaining a 2-3% iron (Fe) content in the weld deposit.
